What you should provide:
2 mg purified protein (concentration > 0.5mg/ml, purity prefer >90%)
Or 2 mg KLH-conjugated peptide. (Optional: 2 mg peptide, conjugation extra)
Procedure:
Day 0, Pre-Immune Bleed from each rabbit. First immunization.
Day 7-21, Boost immunizations at least 3 times
Day 25, Bleed about 1ml. Monitor the immune response of each rabbit by ELISA. Email the data to customer.
Day 28, Terminal Bleed, 20-30 ml serum plus 1 ml Protein G-purified pAb for each rabbit

We guarantee that the titer of pAb against immunogen (purified protein or KLH-conjugated peptide) is ≥1:50000. If the titer is less than 1:50000, we’ll ask you whether you want us to extend the project for two more immunizations.
